Our sessions will focus on breathing exercises, mediation, and asanas. These asanas will stretch, flex, and work various muscle groups. The goal for our yoga sessions at PSB fitness is for everyone to leave feeling relaxed and destressed. But we also want attendants to feel that they had a good and challenging workout.
