Our 30-Min intense workouts for women help build strength, improve fitness, and boost their confidence. Each session combines cardio for stamina and heavy lifting strength exercises to deliver a full-body workout in less time. Our 30 min intense workout can be done in groups or one on one. Our group classes offer experience to socializes with your peers. We have both male and female instructors available throughout the day, and they can be booked online through our website. Students can go to our website and book a time slot. They can always call and lets us know if they are running late or not coming for their appointment.

Regular exercise increases energy, improves heart health, and supports healthy weight management. It also builds lean muscle, improves coordination, and increases endurance. With proper plan it is easier to stay consistent and fit workouts into a busy schedule. And the best part is its available on campus. These women only gym serves to a community as we live in very diverse society, and many women miss the opportunity to explore and take care of their physical health. Whether you are new to fitness or have years of experience, our community supports your journey. Our coaches understand the unique needs of women and provide expert guidance every step of the way.

We believe fitness is not about perfection. It is about progress, self-care, and becoming the strongest version of yourself. Our pricing starts at $30 per month with one time enrollment fees of $150 and annual fees of $75. Our group rates are different depending on group size and prices can be checked directly with staff at Gym or by calling them and booking in advance. We offer free one day trail and monthly gifts on staying consistent with your workout. You can collect points every time you visit Gym and at the end of month with your points you can redeem different gifts.
