They will be able to work out before or after classes or during breaks because they won’t have to commute off campus, everything would be accessible for them at the campus.

This program is also great for students who are just starting their workout journey because PSB fitness is a supportive program that is beginner friendly. People tend to get scared or nervous when going to a new gym, especially because of working out in front of others and not knowing how to use certain gym equipment. However, our program’s goal is to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable when working out. We want students to ask questions and build confidence while excising.
