Gulab jamun is a south Asian sweet dish. It is a popular sweet dish not only in India but also in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and multiple other parts around the world. Since the dish is popular in different countries and due to the greater number of international students that attend Sheridan College. We are starting a Café business called PSB Café at Sheridan College.

I wanted to focus on the different locations you can buy Gulab Jamun throughout the Sheridan campus. PSB Café will only have one location but because Sheridan has a larger population of international students. We wanted to make sure we are exposing our selves to everyone possible. Since Sheridan campuses are very large, it can be hard for students to find the café or students who are on a class break and don’t have the time to get to the café. To help solve these issues, PSB café will be offering a kiosk system throughout the Sheridan campus, called the Gulab Jamun Kiosk at Sheridan College

Gulab Jamun Kiosk

A kiosk is a small, stand-alone booth typically placed in a high-traffic area for business purposes. Kiosks can be mobile to help get exposure in different parts of high traffic areas. We will have kiosks in the student lounge area as well. For students who are catching up with friends, working on homework, or even just relaxing.

How will PSB café use the Gulab Jamun kiosks at Sheridan College to expand its business? PSB will be placing multiple Gulab Jamun kiosks around the Sheridan campus, mostly in the busy transition area and student lounges. While students are passing by to get to their class, they can quickly grab a desert on the way which can help uplift their mood and hopefully give some motivation for the next class with a sweet taste in their mouth. The desert is perfect with friends since the desert is known as bonding food.

Furthermore, having these Gulab Jamun kiosks at Sheridan College will give our business more exposure all while making it more convenient for our customers to buy our products.
