Our friendly staff are on-site to perform gym etiquette with regular cleaning and assist with any questions.

Fitness Programs and Group Classes

PSB designed fitness classes to suit students’ interest with yoga, cardio sessions, and strength-focused workouts. Our certified fitness instructors guide students throughout each session to perform exercise safely and effectively. In addition, group classes at PSB Fitness is also an excellent place to make new friends at Sheridan community.

We constantly share quick workout tutorials and exercise challenges on our social media to motivate students on and off campus. For less than $1 a day, Sheridan students can complete a quick machine workout, or drop into a 30-minute Pilates class designed for all fitness levels.
