PSB designed fitness classes to suit students’ interest with yoga, cardio sessions, and strength-focused workouts. Our certified fitness instructors guide students throughout each session to perform exercise safely and effectively. In addition, group classes at PSB Fitness is also an excellent place to make new friends at Sheridan community.
We constantly share quick workout tutorials and exercise challenges on our social media to motivate students on and off campus.
