Our variety of coffee bean roasts!

Light Roast- Light roasts are roasted for a shorter period at lower temperatures, typically until the first crack stage. This results in a light brown color and a dry surface on the beans. These roasts often have a more pronounced floral, fruity, or acidic taste, with less emphasis on the roasting process itself.

Medium Roast- Medium roasts are roasted for a longer time and at slightly higher temperatures than light roasts, typically stopping just after the first crack. These roasts often feature a combination of fruity, chocolatey, and nutty notes, with a smoother finish and more body compared to lighter roasts.

Dark Roast- Dark roasts are roasted for an extended period at high temperatures, often beyond the second crack stage, resulting in a dark brown to almost black color with an oily surface. The original characteristics of the coffee bean become less prominent in dark roasts, with the focus shifting more towards the roasting process itself.
