We understand everyone’s taste and dietary needs are different. As PSB owners, we would like to allow the customers to make their customized salads. We branded it as a PSB Salads. The customer can craft PSB fresh customized salads with nearly twenty-five toppings from fresh veggies. Also, we are using branded local cheeses and vinegar.

As a PSB café, we will build salads right in front of the customers. So, we can make it just the way the customer tells us to do. We are available for three sizes of salads.

The PSB fresh Salads are an alternative for the ready-made salads. The customer can pick preferred fresh vegetables among the many available choices. Also, all items are washed and chopped in the cafe kitchen.

Steps to make a PSB fresh customized salad

•  First of all the customer must need to choose a size among the Small, Regular and Large sizes.

• Secondly, the customer needs to choose a  salad base. We have four types of salad bases. Such as Baby Spinach, Cos Lettuce, Mixed Lettuce and Brown Rice & Quinoa. Also, these all salad bases are containing many nutritions.

• Thirdly, the customer needs to choose their basics for the salad. We have a different type of toppings. Such as Baby Spinach, Corn, Red Onion, Bean Mix, Croutons, Shallots (Crispy), Bean Sprouts, Crunchy Slaw, Fresh Shallots, Spring Onions, Beetroot, Crushed Peanuts, Tasty Cheese, Tomato, Chickpeas, Pepitas and Vermicelli Rice Noodles. The customer can select eight toppings from among those and make their salad. Above all those toppings are containing vitamins, Iron, Calcium and many other nutritions.

• Fourthly, the customer needs to choose meat or fish item for their salad. We have six meat and fish recipes. Such as Falafel, Grilled Szechuan Beef, Slow-Cooked Moroccan Lamb, Grilled Chicken, Peppered Salmon and Crumbed Free Chicken Tenders. The customer can add one meat or fish item to the salad. So, it helps to make a healthy salad with a lot of protein.

• After, the customer needs to select herbs for their salad. We are offering six herbs according to customer choice. Such as Chili Flakes, Mint, Coriander, Parsley, Sesame Seeds White and Sesame Seeds Black. So, the customer can choose any two herbs from among those.

• Finally, the customer must need to select a dressing for their salad. We have a different type of salad dressings. Such as Honey Mustard, Minted Yoghurt, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Japanese Sesame & Miso, Balsamic Vinegar, Teriyaki and Caesar. So, the customer can select only one salad dressing from among those (Sumo Salad, 2020).

Extra toppings for PSB fresh customized salads

•  Furthermore, the customer can add some extra two toppings from our additional topping section. It is included Avocado, Grilled Bacon Pieces, Roasted Red Capsicum, Boiled Egg, Haloumi Cheese, Roasted Pumpkin, Raw Broccoli, Hummus, Snow Peas, Brown Rice, Walnuts, Fetta Cheese, Olives, Lentil and Tabbouleh. Also, We are charging an additional three dollars for extra toppings.
