For less than $1 a day, Sheridan students can complete a quick machine workout, or drop into a 30-minute Pilates class designed for all fitness levels. These short sessions help you step away from your studies, reset your focus, and return feeling refreshed and energized. After class, enjoy a nutritious smoothie to refuel and maintain energy levels.
