Specialty Barista

Our barista, certified by the Specialty Coffee Association, describes their coffee drinks as ‘works of art’. Our staff works alongside our barista to create the most delicious barista alcoholic coffee in Mississauga. We take pride in using only the finest Colombian Arabica coffee beans and start-of-the-art coffee brewing equipment. Many of our alcoholic coffee drinks are original blends created by our barista and staff and can only be found at PSB Café.

We have been in business at the same location for two years and we only recently introduced alcoholic coffee to our menu. This has become a huge hit with our customers. We cater to the tastes of coffee enthusiasts who also enjoy alcoholic cocktails for unwinding after work or for leisurely days. Our alcoholic coffee menu is constantly evolving with new drinks are added every month either on a trial basis or permanently on the menu. Also, our customers love our twist of the popular Irish Coffee with a hint of cinnamon and coffee liquor.

We set ourselves apart from the ordinary coffee shop by infusing a sense of adventure into your everyday coffee routine. We are constantly experimenting with new flavors and encourage you to click on our suggestion link to propose new drinks for our menu. Once your suggestion is selected, we will then add our unique twist to it and further name it after you, featuring it as the ‘drink of the month’. Some of these drinks eventually become permanent fixtures on our menu, with their names often reflecting the stories behind their creation.
